The CW-K12Promax-3000W is a high-precision automatic laser tube cutting machine developed by Chenwei Intelligent Equipment. Equipped with a Raycus 3000W laser source, BOCI BLT310 cutting head and Bochu FSCUT3000DE CNC system, it delivers stable cutting for round, square and rectangular tubes from 8 mm to 120 mm.
It features 4 sets of independent servo follow-up material rests, 2-meter servo follow-up unloading structure and heavy-duty machine bed, supporting zero-tail material cutting and anti-empty-cut function. With positioning accuracy ±0.02mm/m, it is widely used for motorcycle frames, fitness equipment, furniture and automotive tubular parts. It adopts fully automatic loading rack with 3-ton material preparation load capacity, greatly improving tube processing efficiency for medium & high-volume production.

The CW-K12Promax-3000W automatic laser tube cutting machine is a reliable mid-to-high end tube processing solution independently built by Chenwei Intelligent Equipment, designed for precise cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel pipes.Powered by a Raycus 3000W fiber laser source and matched with BOCI BLT310 cutting head, the machine integrates air pressure and lens temperature monitoring, capacitive closed-loop tracking and anti-collision protection. The Bochu FSCUT3000DE CNC control system runs with standard nesting software, supporting EtherCAT bus communication for fast response and strong anti-interference performance, realizing zero-tail-material cutting, anti-empty-cut and automatic profile centering.This model adopts a heavy-duty rigid machine bed, fitted with a 120mm high-speed servo offset chuck. It processes round tubes (Φ8–Φ120mm), square tubes (8×8–120×120mm) and rectangular tubes with side lengths 8–120mm. The incoming raw pipe length ranges from 4500 mm to 6500 mm, with max single-tube load up to 180 kg. It comes with a fully automatic loading rack (3 tons max load for material preparation zone), four sets of independent servo follow-up material supports and a 2-meter servo-driven follow-up unloading rack with 900 kg unloading capacity.Core performance indicators: positioning accuracy ±0.02 mm/m, repetitive positioning accuracy ±0.02 mm, chuck rotation speed up to 200 r/min, maximum travel speed 120 m/min and max acceleration 2.0G. It supports electric over-travel cutting function to satisfy complex bevel and end-face cutting requirements.Key electrical and transmission components include HCFA+Bochu servo motors, DESBOER reducers, HIWIN guide rails, TBI/PMI precision lead screws, Schneider & AirTAC electric control parts and SMC gas pipelines, with Hanli chiller for stable laser temperature control.
The whole machine dimension is approx. 9350×3250×2800 mm, 3-phase 380V/50Hz power supply, matching a 15kg,16kW air compressor.
