Home Appliances - Range Hood Stamping Production Line
This production line consists of a feeding platform, 4 dedicated stamping robots, a 180-degree workpiece flipping platform, and a stacking platform. The equipment works together to ensure a smooth stamping process, achieving fully automated production, reducing worker labor intensity, and improving work efficiency and product stability. The grippers of the handling robots use a quick-change design to accommodate stamping of various workpieces, avoiding the need to adjust the grippers each time the product is changed.

This welding line features automatic feeding by rollers, dual walking robots cooperating with a positioner and visual tracking. After welding is completed, the parts are automatically unloaded. High-speed rail lamp post column welding production line
Using fully automated production, the workpiece is transported to the robot welding area by a mobile lifting mechanism. The walking robot, cooperating with the positioner and visual tracking, completes the entire welding process. After welding, the workpiece is conveyed to the unloading area by the conveyor line. The entire line reduces workers' labor intensity, improves the working environment, automates production, standardizes the process, and enhances product quality.
