The design of peripheral equipment for arc welding robots is determined based on the workpieces being welded on the machine. Since the welded parts vary greatly, the required peripheral equipment also differs significantly. If a classification is necessary, from the usage perspective, it can be divided into three types: simple type, workstation modification type, and coordinated welding type.
If it is simple equipment, it can only support the arc welding robot body and hold the welded parts; if it is the workstation modification type, in addition to the above functions, it also has workstation modification capabilities; the coordinated welding type is a more comprehensive type because it also includes coordinated welding functions.
